The EDA (Ethylenediamine) is mainly used as an intermediate in the production of fungicides for agriculture, in the manufacture of chelating agents and as an activator at a low temperature of the bleaching powder in soaps. It is also used in many other applications, including the production of lubricants processes of plastics, polyamides, resins for textile and fuel additives.
